That’s because we are very particular with the skillsets we require & only employ the best, to give our Clients peace of mind & provide them with confidence, that we can get the job done correctly!

Do YOU require procedure qualified Class 1,2 & 3 Pressure Vessels, Tanks & Pipe Spooling, of any material classification & or Structural Welding? If so, our International Welding Specialist (IWS) (AS1796 Cert 10 & AS2214 Structural) oversees & ensures that all of our certified welding, is carried out in accordance with Australian Standards (AS), American Standards (ASME) or American Petroleum Industry Standard (API), AS1554.1, AS1554.6 & AS1665.

We weld all grades of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium, in fact the only material we don’t weld is plastic, but of course we have suppliers for that!

Implementation of ISO3834.2:2008 complements our suite of accreditations, so we can reassure our clients, with our ongoing commitment to traceability of works, from placement of order right through to delivery.

Now for some more of the all-important acronyms, our industry just loves to use – We offer a comprehensive MDR (Manufacturers’ Data Report) package which includes detailed ITP’s (Inspection Test Plans), WPS’s, PQR’s & Procedure Qualifications, Welder Qualifications, Materials Traceability Register and Certificates, Consumable Certification, NDT/NDE Reports & Schedules, Weld Control Registers, Hydrostatic Testing Reports & Scheduling and Painting/Coating Reports and services. All MDR packages are compiled and supplied in hard and electronic copy as per code and client specifications; furthermore all stages of fabrication/welding are stringently monitored and controlled by our QA/QC Coordinator-Welding Supervisor
