After six months Jade Engineering had eight employees, some of whom are still with the company today. Between 1995 & 1999 the company expanded it's staff numbers & as a result outgrew its original premises in Geebung. In 1999 Jade Engineering moved to Banyo. In 2003 Jade Engineering Qld was born with a dynamic new partnership & with this new partnership came change. The new partnership quickly identified that a reliable IT section would be essential in order to build and maintain long term customer business relations. For a business with limited database capabilities this would take them nowhere fast. As a result both hardware & software were upgraded throughout it's office. Now with the IT section having been addressed the business was finally in a position to undertake larger jobs that could now be well managed. This of course would see an increase in their Fabrication section & consequent expansion in their afternoon shift. In 2006 Jade leased another building solely for the purpose of manufacturing & assembly of the slope stability radar systems for GroundProbe Pty Ltd. This move was met with a very positive response from their client as it meant their system was now being assembled in a cleaner environment, which is paramount to the quality of this equipment during manufacture. 2007 saw two significant milestones for the company - the first being the securing of the name 'Jade' & the In this regard, Jade Engineering Qld continues to focus on growth that enables our clients to be better served.
